Our Probate Department is headed by Philip Dart, an experienced Solicitor who
joined one of the predecessors of this firm in 1978 after graduating from the
University of Wolverhampton with a Law Degree. Philip qualified with the
Administration of Estates both large and small – from under £10,000 to over
£1,000,000.
Philip is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner. He is a member of the
Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners which is an organisation for
Specialists practising in this area of the Law and which requires its members
to have continuous training to ensure that they are up to date with the many
changes in this area of practice.
Our Principal Paul Finn is also a Registered Trusts and Estates Practitioner
and a vastly experienced Private Client Lawyer with particular experience of
Will Drafting, Taxation Advice and Advice for the Elderly.
