No Win No Fee: No Win No Fee is a Conditional Fee Agreement is where a lawyer agrees that his fees are only payable in specified circumstances. For example if his client wins a Personal Injury Claim. It is often the case that the lawyer will attempt to recover his fees from the loosing party.
