Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA): A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) enables someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf about your affairs or property if you are unable to do so yourself. The Lasting Power of Attorney replaces the Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA). The Lasting Power of Attorney is more flexible that it’s Enduring predecessor.
