|
Grazing Licence: Grazing Licences are used by a landowner to allow another person to use the land for grazing or keeping stock. It is also known as sale of grass, grass let, grazing let or grasskeep.
It is important to consider if a Farm Business Tenancy would be more appropriate, this decision is often based factors such as who shall be claiming subsidies such as the Single Payment Scheme (SPS).
Paul Finn Solicitors can advise and draft both Grazing Licences and Farm Business Tenancies to suit your needs.
