Articles of Association: The Articles of Association are the rule book of a company. Many companies use standard Articles known as Table A or for newer companies Model Articles, these are drafted to allow the company broad powers and scope of business. It may be necessary to modify the standard articles or draft articles from scratch to suit the requirements of the company and the aims of those who create it.
