Solicitors are ideally suited to providing Home Information Packs (or HIPS), after all we have been producing the majority of this documentation for our clients, prior to the implementation of HIPs, in our conveyancing services.
Paul Finn Solicitors HIPs are Guaranteed Compliant with Home Information Pack legislation.
A Home Information Pack produced by us can be used by any Estate Agent or for a private sale.
We can provide HIPs in an email or a Printed Copy to suit your requirements and we will send a copy of the pack to your selected Estate Agent for their use (requiring little intervention by yourself).
Should you choose to use our firm for the sale of your property we provide a seamless service from Home Information Pack to the actual Sale of the property to help ensure that your transaction progresses swiftly and smoothly.
Before you put your house on the market come and see us, we will apply for the Home Information Pack immediately so that your house can be marketed by your estate agent or yourself as soon as possible.
