Solicitors Bude Cornwall   Changes to Home Information Packs - 25 Apr 2009 Holsworthy Solicitors

As of April 6th new Regulations mean that you will need a Home Information Pack before putting your house on the market.
Previously, sellers were able to market their property so long as the HIP had already been commissioned.

The changes also stipulate the contents of the new “Property Information Questionnaire” which will deal with specific information including the property’s Council Tax Band, parking arrangements, utilities and structural alterations.

These changes make it even more important for sellers to ensure that their Home Information Pack complies with all the Regulations. All Home Information Packs commissioned through Paul Finn Solicitors comply with these new regulations.

For more information please contact the Property Department here at Paul Finn Solicitors on 01288 356 256.
