FULL CIRCLE
Paul Finn Solicitors are pleased to announce that Chris Walker joined Michael Brown and Christopher Frost in our Property Department last July bringing with him a wealth of experience in not only domestic Conveyancing but also Agricultural and Commercial Conveyancing.
Chris will probably be known to a number of you as he is a “Bude boy” who originally pursued his legal career here in Bude from the mid-1970’s until the early 80’s. Since then he has worked with well established firms in Mid-Cornwall until his return to Bude last year. His great experience in all property related matters has reinforced our already strong Property Department.
Chris and his wife currently enjoy living at St. Breward on Bodmin Moor but there may be a possibility in the future of a move back to Bude or the surrounding area.
Chris is looking to re-establish his links with several Bude organisations in which he was very active during his previous time here. Many Bude Surf Life Saving Club members will recall that he was a team member for ten years and Club Captain for 2 years and Chris tells us that he has very many happy memories of Club activities and Members. Some of the senior members of Bude RFC may also remember him as a prop in the Club’s team from 1974 to 1984. Chris also enjoyed his time at Bude Cricket Club and Bude & North Cornwall Golf Club where he was a Junior member. He has renewed his interest in Golf in recent years and intends to rejoin the Bude Club when the weather improves!
Those of you who did not know Chris in earlier years will now realise that he is a man who enjoys his sport and is prepared to put in the effort to perform at a high level. Chris brings this same positive approach and level of performance to his Legal work as many people will testify.
Chris is enjoying this new challenge and is looking forward to seeing old friends, renewing old contacts and hopefully forging new ones in the local area.
