We are looking for a Full-Time ‘Roving’ Legal Secretary to provide cover for holiday, sickness and additional workload within all departments of our firm. This an interesting and varied role enabling an insight into all areas of our work.
You will have previous Legal Secretarial experience together with excellent typing speed and accuracy, preferably with experience of working across various legal departments and mixed areas of legal work. Pleasant client manner, good organisational skills and ability to operate with light supervision is essential. Computer literacy is imperative to the position particularly use of Microsoft Word although we will provide one to one training on our case management, accounting and dictation systems.
