Paul Finn Solicitors are delighted to announce the appointment of Steven Ladhams Solicitor Advocate to our Family Law department. Steven has recently relocated from the Lake District where he spent many years practising Family Law.
As a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and the Law Society’s Family Law Panel Steven is an accredited Family Lawyer who provides an effective and caring service to all clients at what is inevitably a very distressing time. His depth of experience means that he can give reliable and straight forward advice to help clients make the difficult decisions.
Being a Solicitor Advocate Steven can represent clients in any court up to and including the High Court and Appeal Courts. Here clients will benefit from continuity of service from initial interview to final court hearing.
Steven will be joining our strong Family Law team, which can provide advice and assistance on all matters from cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements, mediation, through to separation, divorce, finance and property, children cases and childcare proceedings. Steven can be contacted at our Bude office from the beginning of April but will be available to see clients both in Bude and at our Holsworthy office. If you are unable to visit our offices appointments can be made at your home or another location of your choice.
There are a number of changes which will affect access to quality legal advice currently taking place. Paul Finn Solicitors are committed to continue to provide advice and assistance to private paying clients and under the Public Funding (legal aid) system because we believe that everyone should be able to obtain the advice that they need.
Steven is married and has two children the youngest being 7 months old. His family are looking forward to moving to the area, his wife having lived previously in south east Cornwall.
